Design
*The majority of the custom work comes from a photo the customer provides. The best effort will be made to duplicate what is provided. However, there is always a slight variation. Often times, adjustments are made to the design due to sizing of the cake.
*It is impossible to create identical artwork that is provided in the picture. Therefore, any requests for specific artwork may look different than pictured.
*The color(s) of the cake will be matched as closely as possible and cannot guarantee that the color will be 100% an exact match.
*Please provide any decoration, flower, material or topper for your cake at least 2 days prior to the pickup date. If the topper you supply is unstable, we will attach it to the cake. The topper will need to be placed on the cake after it has reached its final destination. Toppers that are fragile and can be easily broken will not be accepted. If a topper or specific design material cannot be provided, an order can be placed separately for an additional charge.
Delivery
*There is no responsibility taken for any damage to the cake after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table for the cake. Cakes optimal temperatures is 75 degrees and below. Please note that direct sunlight and temperatures of 75 degrees and higher may have drastic and adverse effects on any cake. A photo will be taken once the setup is complete.
*If an accident occurs during the transport of the cake, a FULL refund will be given to you if this should happen.
*If you are providing transport, please make sure you can transport your cake safely on a flat surface. Once a cake or baked goods leaves, you accept all responsibility for the transport of the cake to its location. Refunds will not be provided if there is any mishap during transport or at its desired location. However, any mishaps that occur can be addressed and corrected for an additional fee.
Payment
*The 50% deposit reserves your event date and is NON-REFUNDABLE. If your event date is less than 14 days from when the order is placed, the full balance is due when placed and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
*Notifications of cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the delivery/pickup date. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, there will be no further outstanding balance owed. If your balance is not paid 7 days prior to the event, your order will be canceled.
*The date of your final balance is the final date for any changes in size, style, or flavors of the cake. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to an additional charge.
*Full refunds are only given if there is failure to deliver your cake and or desserts.

Return Policy
*Once a cake and/or desserts are picked up by you or a designated party, the order is considered accepted. Any product that leaves is the responsibility of the customer. Refund requests due to decorating style, color shade, or general decoration design will not be honored.
*Cake flavor and texture is always subjective. Refunds requested due to flavor or texture after a cake has been accepted will not be honored. To qualify for a credit, please provide notification within 24 hours of your pickup or delivery and please bring the cake back so that it can be determined whether it does not meet specific standards.
*After pickup or delivery, a variety of conditions beyond control and may cause the cake to have issues including but not limited to, temperature and humidity. Improper cutting of the cake can cause the cake to collapse. Note that cakes are refrigerated for transport purposes and should be left out 2 to 3 hours at room temperature (no direct sunlight or placed outside) prior to cutting.
